At Quality Senior Care, Inc., we provide reliable and compassionate services to clients in the Benton, Central Arkansas, and surrounding area. Whether you need short term services or long term options, we provide a variety of daily health related attention and personal care services.

These services can be paid for from private funds or through an existing long-term care insurance policy. We know needs change and care will be centered around what you need. All of our caregivers have undergone thorough screenings and background checks.

Quality Senior Care, Inc. is Medicaid Certified by the State of Arkansas for in-home community waiver programs for low-income residents. We can help you with the application to see if you qualify.

ARCHOICES

ARChoices is an Arkansas Medicaid program that includes home and community-based services for adults ages 21 through 64 with a physical disability and seniors age 65 or older.  These services can offer help doing everyday activities that may now be challenging for you or a loved one. Some of these activities may be: bathing, dressing, getting around in the home, preparing meals, or doing household chores.

Medicaid can provide clients for up to 64 hours monthly of personal care for those who qualify.  Contact us to see if you qualify for this service. 

SERVICE LEVELS INCLUDE:

    Personal Care – This is available on a pre-set schedule to best meet your needs. Services will be decided upon and the best possible caregiver will be obtained to meet your needs. 

Attendant Care — Attendant care services consists of assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) and health-related tasks through hands-on assistance, supervision and/or cuing.

Respite — provides temporary relief to a primary caregiver who is providing long-term care for individuals in their homes.
